Ricki Tannenbaum

Ricki Tannenbaum is co-owner of Regency Veterinary Clinic with her husband, Dr. Morgan Tannenbaum. She has her B.S. degree from Northeastern University and M.B.A from Lynn University. Her background in business and management translates well after working almost 10 years at a large chemical manufacturer and distribution company where she served as Customer Service Manager then was promoted to Inside Sales Manager. Ricki and Morgan have four children together, Roman and Levi (human) and Tommy and Frankie (canine). Ricki has taken an active role in the clinic, where she can finally say her dreams of working with animals has come true.

Terra Shipley

Terra has worked in the veterinary field for over 25 years. She began working at Regency Veterinary Clinic in 2004 after moving to Florida from Ohio. In her free time, Terra enjoys traveling and going to the beach. Terra is also a wine Connoisseur who enjoys collecting fine wine with her husband Ian.

Melissa Lipman

Melissa’s passion for animals started 10 years ago when she moved to Florida from New York and began volunteering at a local animal shelter. Shortly after, she went to school to become a veterinary technician and became a full-time employee at the shelter. She then started at Regency in January 2020 as a receptionist and vet tech. She enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time and spending time with her husband and children and her 2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 parrots, and a snake.

Susan Figuenick

Susan has been a veterinary technician for 22 years and has been with Regency Veterinary Clinic for the past 10 years. She began her career as a receptionist, and at the same time worked toward becoming a technician where she found her passion. She took additional courses to further her education and training and continues to do so today. Susan enjoys every aspect of her job and is always striving to give each patient the care and compassion he/she deserves. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and the Florida sunshine.

Melissa Pascarella

Melissa went to school to become a veterinary technician in San Leandro, California. She moved to Boca Raton and started working at Regency Veterinary Clinic in 2005. She is a former gymnastic state champion but is too modest to say so, so this line is courtesy of her coworkers. She is a mother of two adorable children named Emma and Rocco.

Christina Gaines

Christina, a South Florida native, has been working in an animal hospital since 1997. From the beginning, she worked as a veterinary technician and helped out in the kennel. Back in 2001, Christina earned her grooming license and has been styling dogs and cats ever since. Christina started grooming at Regency back in 2011. She is the proud owner of two very stylish poodles and two cats. In her free time, Christina loves to travel, spend time with her daughter, and spend time in the great outdoors.

Megan Molina

Megan has always had animals from a young age, including rabbits, dogs, cats, a snake, birds, frogs, chickens, ducks, and even a hedgehog. Animals have always been a huge part of her life, and she even had her own pet sitting service at 10 years old. She currently has an orange cat named Oliver who is just as obsessed with her as she is with him!

Amy Cook

Amy has been working in the veterinary field for 33 years. Starting in Charlotte, NC, her passion for animals and their owners reflects the human-animal bond that is so important to the field of veterinary medicine.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys creative outlets such as acrylic and watercolor painting, cooking, and always indulges in a lazy day in the Keys when she can.

She shares her days with her adopted kitty, “Moto,” an orange tabby with a mind of his own and a “spicy” love for his momma.

Bella Urroz-Pereira

Bella was born in California and raised in South Florida, where she met her husband, Lucas. Her love and compassion for animals began early in her childhood. She is an FAU graduate and a proud mother to her beautiful daughter, Mia Serena. Bella has two dogs: a sweet husky named Logan and a Frenchie named Chancho Boy Richard. She also has a ball python named Kade. Next September will mark 10 years at RVC.

Danielle Currie

Dani started her veterinary technician journey back in 2021 and has been eager to continually develop her skills ever since. Though she doesn’t have any fur babies of her own, she enjoys caring for and giving as much love as she can to each and every patient. Outside of the clinic, you can usually find her curled up with a good book or trying new food spots.
